- 14th December 2005 : Price for "Les Ingénieurs de l'année 2005"
- The prize ceremony took place the 14th december 2005. The prize was awarded jointly to Dr Spencer Shorte and Prof. Bernard Chalmond teams for the development of a new tomography imaging microscope for non adherent living cells. This new technology is patented cojointly by Institut Pasteur and the german company Evotec Technologies.
