Applet for Microscope Resolution Calculations
Modifying the Applet for external/local use.
The applet is available to download for local use here. We ask that if you

Instructions
Download the file microcalc.zip and unzip into a suitable directory.
The zip file contains the java applet; a simple web page to run the applet
and text files containing the details of the objective lenses, microscopes,
lasers, fluorophores, cameras and refractive indexes of imaging media used
in the calculator.
Each text file contains a header section and a list of specifications.
To add details about your own components, simply add their details in the
manner described in the header section of the relevant text file.
Note the applet will fail to load if the data is entered incorrectly. An
error message stating which file failed to load will be output to the java
console.
Be careful not to include empty lines.
